Product Introduction

JX-918 rubber repair adhesive is a two component, which is evenly mixed with A and B components and quickly reacts to achieve cross-linking and curing, forming a wear-resistant elastomer. It is suitable for rapid repair of rubber products such as rubber conveyor belts, rollers, and cans.

Construction technology

Before repairing, polish and clean the parts that need to be repaired before applying adhesive.

Pull out the isolation rod, quickly knead the two components with both hands (recommended kneading time is about 1 minute), thoroughly mix and evenly, open the packaging and quickly apply it to the prepared base surface. Use a flat scraper to forcefully scrape back and forth several times to ensure that the product fully adheres to the base surface, and then scrape it flat. Complete this set of adhesive construction within 3 minutes and wait for several hours before use.

Construction temperature: 5-35℃

Note

Gloves should be worn during construction to avoid contact with the skin.

It is strictly prohibited for materials to come into contact with water.

Do not dispose of materials in the sewer, and keep them out of reach of children.

Packaging And Storage

Packaging: 300g/group (or according to customer requirements)

Storage: Can be stored for 6 months in an environment of 5 ℃~25 ℃
