Product Introduction

This product is a high molecular polymer modified by silane grafting and copolymerization, which solidifies after contact with moisture in the air, forming a dense and seamless elastic protective layer on the surface of the substrate.

Construction technology

Basic requirements: Corresponding surface treatment shall be carried out according to different materials.

Concrete base requirements: The concrete base should be fully cured and have passed the curing period. The base layer must be clean, flat, free from sand, looseness, porosity, and hollowing.

The steel substrate requires rust removal and the surface should be cleaned with a special cleaning agent.

Material usage: Generally, 1.2kg/m2 is required per square meter, with a thickness of 1mm.

To improve the adhesion of the material to the substrate, it is recommended to use a matching primer.

Construction process:

JX-909 primer is a two component packaging, and should be strictly weighed according to the weight ratio A: B=2:1 when used. Weigh according to the expected usage amount and place it in a mixing bucket (the mixing bucket should be clean and waterless). Use an electric mixer to stir evenly (about 2-3 minutes). Transfer all the mixed materials to another mixing bucket and stir for 1-2 minutes before use. The stirred material should be used up within 15 minutes as much as possible. If the material generates heat after a long time, it is prohibited to continue using it.

Use a scraper to scrape and apply JX-909 primer evenly without any leakage.

The next step of covering the JX9093 single component polyurea waterproof coating can be carried out within 24 hours as much as possible when the upper layer of the primer is not covered with material on the hands and fingers. Coverage should be completed within 6 hours in direct sunlight exposure.

Polyurea construction should be carried out multiple times with a thickness of within 1mm. The scraping process should be uniform and the direction of scraping should be crossed horizontally and vertically. The interval between each application is determined by the temperature of the construction environment and the degree of film curing, and can generally be re coated within about 4 hours. Until the thickness meets the design requirements.

It is recommended to apply polyurea with a thickness of 2-3mm.

Note

Gloves should be worn during construction to avoid contact with eyes and skin. In contact with the skin, scrub with a thinner. Then clean with plenty of water. After coming into contact with eyes and washing them with water, they should be immediately sent to the hospital for treatment.

During construction, it is strictly prohibited for materials to come into contact with water. Before the curing of the coating, it is not allowed to rain, walk or perform other operations.

If dilution is required, please use special diluent, otherwise gel or non curing may be caused.

It is not recommended to construct under conditions where the surface and ambient temperature of the base layer are below 10 ℃ or above 40 ℃.

It is prohibited to discharge water for use within 48 hours after construction. It is recommended to use after 7-15 days of maintenance.

Smoking and open flames are prohibited on the construction site. Do not dispose of materials in the sewer, and keep them out of reach of children.

Packaging And Storage

Packaging: 5kg/barrel, 2 barrels/box

Storage: It can be stored for 6 months in an environment of 5 ℃~25 ℃, with the lid down during storage.
