Requirements for spraying polyurea on concrete foundations. Ensure that the moisture content of new concrete is less than 6%, and maintain a certain level of flatness without sanding. If there are sand running defects, sand consolidation agents must be used to consolidate the sand. The old concrete layer must be cleaned of surface attachments such as paint or other substances. Polyurea anti-corrosion spraying construction process:
1. Cleaning the leveling layer: Before the polyurea anti-corrosion spraying construction, use cleaning tools to clean the leveling layer and thoroughly remove foreign objects such as cement dust and grease from the cement surface.
2. Special parts treatment: large cracks (5) mm or more, small cracks (5mm or less), waterproofing around pipes, drainage pipes, roof interlayer, protruding parts, etc.
3. Check the moisture content of the leveling layer: Elastomer needs to be sprayed on the dry leveling layer, and the adjusted cement floor should be naturally dried to a moisture content below 8%.
4. Primer coating: The concrete base surface adopts room temperature hardening single component permeable primer, which is applied by brushing, roller brushing, or spraying. The function of the primer is to cut off the upward penetration of water in the leveling layer, prevent the swelling and detachment of the polyurethane anti-corrosion spraying elastic layer, further strengthen the surface of the leveling layer, improve the bonding strength between the polyurethane anti-corrosion spraying elastic layer and the base layer, and prevent pinholes in the elastic body.
It does not contain catalyst and can be quickly solidified on any curved surface. Beveled and vertical surfaces are sprayed and formed without sagging. gel is used for 5 seconds and has a walking strength of 1 minute.
