1、 Material characteristics


The polyurea waterproof and anti-corrosion material does not contain any catalyst and can quickly cure on any curved surface. Good thermal stability, can reach 120 ℃ for long time use, and can withstand 350 ℃ short-term thermal shock. Polyurea waterproof and anti-corrosion materials can be made into products of different colors by adding various colors and dyes, just like ordinary coatings. The formula system is adjustable, with a feel ranging from soft rubber to hard elastomer. The prototype has good reproducibility and coating continuity. 2、 Using tools


Using complete sets of equipment, construction is convenient and efficient; One construction can meet the design thickness requirements and overcome the drawbacks of previous multi-layer construction. The professional equipment required for spraying polyurea waterproof and anti-corrosion materials must have: a stable material conveying system; The oil well pump is a commonly used material conveying system, whose function is to provide sufficient raw materials for the host machine. The oil well pump must meet the working characteristics, such as bidirectional feeding and output capacity that can meet the needs of the host machine.


Temperature control and pressurization. They must meet the following characteristics: the ability to accurately measure and control the temperature of materials, and the ability to generate high pressure for even mixing and good atomization, making them easy to maintain and maintain.

3、 Treatment and construction technology of concrete substrate


Use tools such as an angle grinder, high-pressure water gun, or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and scum from the surface.


After the moisture has completely evaporated, use caulking material to level the holes on the surface of the substrate and repair the defects. After solidification, use an electric grinding wheel to smooth the rigid putty.

The spraying of the elastic layer should be carried out within 12-48 hours after the application of the sealing primer. If the interval exceeds 48 hours, a layer of sealing primer should be rebuilt one day before spraying the elastic layer of polyurea waterproof and anti-corrosion material, and then the elastic layer should be applied.


The coating thickness of anti-corrosion lining for storage tanks is generally 1.5mm to 2mm.


4、 Safety measures
