Product Advantages
Liquid product becomes flexible elastomer material after curing, fast curing speed, good adhesion, simple construction, anti-UV. Can be used for long-term exposure. Used for exposed concrete waterproofing.
Construction Tools
Scraper, Hard Bristle Brush, Short-haired Roller
Scraper Type: Metal Flat Scraper or Plastic Flat Scraper, Metal or Plastic Comb-shaped (height 2-3mm) Scraper.
Hard Short-hair Brush: Hair length approx 10-50mm, high hardness plastic or pig bristle brush.
Substrate Condition
Concrete substrate requires firmness, achieving relevant strength. Basic requirements: Compressive strength achieves 30MPa, pull-out strength achieves above 1.5Mpa (Simple test: Single person single toe landing, rotate 180° angle, substrate concrete no crumbling phenomenon, or use metal or wood hard object etch ground, no debris); Drainage slope greater than 4, organized drainage water outlet and drain port design quantity and manner reasonable; Ground roughness 0.5-1.0mm or less, i.e. leveled smooth surface. Roof deformation joints and division joints set reasonably.
Substrate Primer
Adopt two-component epoxy type primer treatment, A Component:B Component=2:1, thickness 0.3—0.6mm.
Construction Suggestion
Scraping Bottom Paint --Dry, until non-stick hands---Apply GW-SL910 Single-component Polyurea --Lay Grid Cloth, Compact-------Re-apply GW-SL910 Single-component Polyurea To Required Thickness----Natural Cure 7 Days---Acceptance.
Storage and Packaging
General Packaging/: 20 Liter Barrel 20kg, 20kg/20L ; 5 Liter Barrel 5kg, 5kg/5L. Storage: Place in cool place inverted (i.e. barrel mouth down, barrel bottom up), storage period 12 months under below 25°C conditions.
